Even cheesier than Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy Legend, this one's full of music right out of '70s giant robot and space opera anime, reeking of cornball charm. I didn't feel quite the same level of stupid Saturday morning cartoon joy while watching this one (and I lamented the lack of weird and wild kaiju, which were so abundant in Ultra Galaxy Legend), but I still had fun watching. These movies just have such undeniable heart, and there'll always be room for that sort of thing in mine.
